Account / Registering for HomeDecoHub

Creating an account is quick and easy. Simply visit our website, click the “Register” button, and complete the registration form. Once we receive your details, we’ll set up your account and get in touch with you within 1–2 business days.

Yes, ensure that you are logged in to the same account on all devices to access your designs and settings.

If you forget your password, you can click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to receive instructions for resetting your password via email.

HomeDecoHub works closely with brands and manufacturers to make their product collections available within the platform. Once your collection has been added to HomeDecoHub, retailers across our network can discover and use your products in the Room Planner.

You also have full control over access to your catalog and can choose to make your collection available only to selected retailers if preferred.

System Requirements

For the best experience, we recommend using HomeDecoHub on a desktop or laptop computer with a keyboard and mouse. A mouse is preferred over a touchpad, as it provides more precise control when designing and decorating projects.

We also recommend using a screen of at least 16 inches. For showroom use, connecting your computer to a larger monitor or TV screen can make presenting and editing designs even more comfortable.

HomeDecoHub works best with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

To avoid losing any work, be sure to save your project regularly. It’s also a good idea to refresh your browser page periodically to ensure you’re working with the latest version of your project.

HomeDecoHub is compatible with Windows, Android, and Apple devices. For the best performance and a smooth user experience, we recommend using a system with Windows 10 or newer, an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent), at least 8 GB of RAM, and a dedicated graphics card with 2 GB of VRAM.

A stable internet connection is also essential. We recommend a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps, although faster connections may improve loading times and overall responsiveness.

No. The web version of the Room Planner is designed for creating and furnishing individual rooms rather than complete multi-floor homes.

If you need to work on larger projects with multiple floors, we also offer a desktop version that supports multi-floor house designs and more advanced project requirements.

The Room Planner is a web-based application, which means your browser stores certain data locally to help load projects and product models more quickly. Over time, this stored data can build up and occasionally cause issues when using the Room Planner or loading models.

To keep everything running smoothly, we recommend clearing your browser cache on a regular basis.

How do I clear my browser cache?

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or the equivalent shortcut for your browser.
  2. The “Clear browsing data” window will open.
  3. Select the time range you want to clear, such as:
    • Last hour
    • Last 24 hours
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 4 weeks
    • All time
  4. Make sure “Cached images and files” is selected.
  5. Click “Clear data”.
  6. Once the process is complete, restart your browser.

After clearing your cache and restarting your browser, the Room Planner should load the latest project and model data, helping to prevent performance and loading issues.

Brands, Collections, and Products

The number of available brands in HomeDecoHub is constantly growing. Want an up-to-date overview? Or curious if your supplier is already available? Then contact us via info@homedecohub.com or fill out the contact form on the website.

This depends on the composition of your subscription. Once you add a brand to your subscription, you automatically gain access to the full collection(s) that the respective supplier has made available on HomeDecoHub.

We aim to regularly add new items and/or configuration options to our library to provide our users with an up-to-date and complete selection. However, this depends on the extent to which suppliers make their products available.

All products in HomeDecoHub are digital replicas of real products. They are developed based on the product properties or existing 3D models provided by the supplier. Despite this, it’s adviced to be cautious about guaranteeing the visual representation, color accuracy, dimensions, available options, or prices, as the app only provides an approximation of reality.

You sure can! HomeDecoHub features a powerful 3D configurator. If the supplier has configurable products and has exempted the configuration option, you can configure products on the spot. All based on the real configuration possibilities of that specific supplier. So, you cannot create variations that cannot be produced.

Yes. HomeDecoHub only works with real products from real brands, which means that all products and configurations available within the platform can be ordered from the respective suppliers.

However, the ability to place orders directly through HomeDecoHub depends on your system setup. Not all products can be ordered digitally from within the platform, and direct ordering is only available when your business is connected to the iONE ERP system.

Saving and Sharing Projects

You can save a project in the cloud or locally on your computer. The latter is only possible after the project has already been saved in the cloud. Click on save in the top right and follow the instructions. Make sure to note the project code for future access!

If an exclamation mark appears next to the “save” button during saving, it means that your project exceeds the maximum number of MBs. Save your project locally to ensure that you do not lose your data. Then, try to make the project smaller by reducing or removing custom images from the project, for example.

Sharing your project is easy. Simply share the project code with your colleagues or other HomeDecoHub users, and they’ll be able to access the project directly within the platform.

Want to showcase your design to customers or on social media? Use the built-in Render feature to create a photorealistic image of your project.

To create a render:

  1. Open your project in the Room Planner.
  2. Click the camera icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. Generate a high-quality render of your design.
  4. Download and share the image via social media, email, messaging apps, or any other channel.

Rendering is a great way to present your ideas professionally and help customers visualize the finished result.
